Summer Reading is for readers of all ages – from babies to adults and everyone in between! Summer Reading for youth begins on May 23, and Adult Summer Reading starts June 1. Kids earn prizes based on logging their reading minutes. The more often adults read and log in, the more drawing entries they earn; and if they read a minimum of 200 minutes, they are also entered into the grand prize drawing.
This year, there are three ways to participate:
- Sign up at the Youth Desk or Ask a Librarian Desk and pick up a paper reading log to track your minutes
- Sign up and log your minutes online at https://prescottpl.beanstack.org
- Download the Beanstack app, then sign up and log your minutes through the app
There will be free activities and entertainment all summer at Prescott Public Library! Visit our online events calendar to discover the exciting line-up of library programs. Be sure to check back often as we continue to add special events and activities!
Summer Reading is FREE thanks to generous funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library, with support from the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records.
