This project includes applying pavement preservation treatments to portions of Lee Boulevard, West Lee Boulevard, and Rainbow Ridge Drive. Treatments include Type 3 Micro Seal, Cape Seal, and thin asphalt overlays designed to extend pavement life and improve ride quality. The project also includes asphalt repairs in areas of pavement failure, crack sealing, mastic repairs, and curb and gutter repairs. These improvements will help preserve the roadway network, improve drainage, and provide a safer, smoother surface for residents and visitors.
Sunland Asphalt will be performing the work. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in mid to late July. Residents will be notified of any traffic impacts or temporary access restrictions as work progresses.
