The first subject property encompasses approximately 58,780 square feet and is comprised of 12 tie-down spots, and is situated on the South ramp, featuring access to taxiway C. Additionally, there is a second subject property of approximately 5,632 square feet and is comprised of 5 tie-down spots, and is also located on the South ramp with frontage on taxiway C, which is similarly intended for the storage of aircraft.
