Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-511.01, public notice is hereby given that the City of Prescott Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and review water and wastewater rates charged by the City. The public hearing will be held on May 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located in Prescott City Hall, 201 N Montezuma St, Prescott, AZ 86303, after which the Council will approve or disapprove of the changes.
The Council will also have a study session on the topic on May 14, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the City Council Chambers where the public can provide comments.
