Building Permit applications with a complete permit application and documentation submitted prior to January 1, 2025 will be assessed the 2024 impact fees if the permit is issued prior to July 1, 2025.
There is also a provision in the policy to allow a permit application that is almost complete to be submitted if the final complete permit submittal package is received on or before January 31, 2025.
