Full park reservations (Upper Ramada, Lower Ramada and Grassy Area – ONLY) can be reserved for a daily cost of $800 with a $500 refundable clean-up and damage deposit. Use of the full camping (35 sites) area will be an additional $450 a day. Use of the first 19 sites is $225 per day.
All rental fees, including the $500 refundable damage deposit will be due not less than 30 days prior to event.
Large scale events held at Watson Lake during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) may be subject to a 25% fee increase.
Requests for Special Events will require a Special Event Application and approval by the Special Event Committee.

Watson Lake is a parking fee area. For large events, the Recreation Services Department as implemented the following tiered rate for vehicle parking:
| 1 to 1,000 vehicles | $1.50 per vehicle | |
| 1,001 to 2,000 vehicles | $1,500 flat rate | |
| 2,001 to 3,000 vehicles | $2,000 flat rate | |
| 3,001 to 4,000 vehicles | $2,500 flat rate | |
| 4,001 to 5,000 vehicles | $3,000 flat rate |
