City Council holds their regularly scheduled Council meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
Each meeting day will consist of a 1:00 p.m. (time is subject to change) Study Session, and a 3:00 p.m. Voting Session. Additional special meetings may be called as needed.
Meeting Location: City Council Chambers at 201 N Montezuma St.

Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, action taken at meetings will be posted on the respective Agenda page within three working days of the meeting. Approved minutes of the Prescott City Council will be posted within two days of their approval.
Minutes of other commissions, boards, etc. will be posted as they become available, and are provided as a courtesy to the public on the Boards & Commissions page.
Citizens interested in having Council review and evaluate a request for naming of any buildings, facilities, trails or other property owned by the city shall submit an application to the City Clerk’s Office.
