The City of Prescott’s Preservation Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. to review the resubmittal for the Plaza Hotel project. The meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 N. Montezuma Street, Prescott, AZ.
The Plaza Hotel project, located on the historic Courthouse Plaza, has undergone several stages of review. The upcoming meeting will provide an opportunity for the Commission and the public to review updated plans and materials submitted by the applicant.
A summary of the project to date, including revised renderings and documentation, is available for public review. Community members are encouraged to attend and provide input.
