In observance of Memorial Day, the City of Prescott will have the following closures and modified schedules on Monday, May 25, 2026.
City Offices City offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will reopen Tuesday, May 26, at 8 a.m.
Solid Waste Collection There will be no residential or commercial trash collection on Monday, May 25.
Residential customers will experience a one-day delay in collection for the remainder of the week. Monday collections will occur on Tuesday, Tuesday collections on Wednesday, and so forth.
Commercial customers with scheduled service earlier in the week will also experience a one-day delay. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday collections will proceed as regularly scheduled.
Transfer Station The Prescott Transfer Station will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will reopen Tuesday, May 26, at 7 a.m.

Prescott Public Library The Prescott Public Library will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, at 9 a.m.
