City of Prescott Launches BizLink Business Concierge Service

The City of Prescott has launched BizLink, a business concierge service designed to support businesses and improve access to City services.

BizLink provides a single point of contact for businesses navigating permitting, licensing, zoning, and development processes. The program also connects businesses with workforce resources and key community partners. The City’s Economic Development team coordinates support across departments to ensure businesses receive clear and consistent guidance, while technical reviews and approvals remain with the appropriate City divisions.

“BizLink makes it easier for businesses to navigate City processes and find the resources they need,” said Mayor Cathey Rusing. “By improving coordination and communication, we’re helping support a strong local economy while maintaining the character of our community.”

The program is available to new and expanding businesses, entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, developers, and property owners across all industries. It is intended to enhance the overall business experience by improving communication and coordination, supporting continued economic vitality in Prescott.

In addition, BizLink supports workforce development by connecting employers with regional talent pipelines, training programs, and partner organizations to help attract and retain a skilled workforce. Businesses are encouraged to engage early in their planning or expansion process to take full advantage of available resources.

The City of Prescott remains committed to fostering a strong business environment through strategic partnerships and initiatives that support business growth while preserving the community’s character and quality of life.
