Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-463.05, public notice is hereby given that the City of Prescott Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and review changes to development impact fees charged by the City. The public hearing will be held on August 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located in Prescott City Hall, 201 N Montezuma St, Prescott, AZ 86301. The Council will approve or disapprove changes to the City’s development impact fees at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on October 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., located in the Council Chambers of Prescott City Hall.
