Public notice is hereby given that the City of Prescott Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and review changes to land use assumptions (LUA) and infrastructure improvements plan (IIP) for the development impact fees charged by the City. The public hearing will be held on May 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located in Prescott City Hall, 201 N Montezuma Street, Prescott, AZ 86303. The Council also have a study session on the topic on May 14, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the City Council Chambers and will approve or disapprove changes to the City’s LUA and IIP at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on July 9, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
A copy of the land use assumptions (LUA) and infrastructure improvements plans for both the Utility and Non-Utility fees was published March 26, 2024, on the City’s website Current Rate Study – City of Prescott AZ (prescott-az.gov).
