Prescott’s Story Starts Here – Then, Now & Always: Tell us YOUR Library story!

Prescott Public Library is celebrating 50 years on Goodwin Street, and we invite you to get involved in our celebration by sharing your library story. We want to hear how the library has impacted you.

Share a favorite library memory, how the library made a difference to you, or what you like most. Perhaps you grew up with the library and enjoyed story time or looked forward to participating in Summer Reading Programs. Maybe a librarian got you hooked on a favorite book series or helped you find crucial information when you needed it. Has the library helped you in a memorable chapter of your life? Bobbi recently shared, “My library has given me many hours of enjoyment by making books on my phone available to me.  I am 85 years old, don’t drive, & don’t get around really well, so having my books come to me is such a blessing & joy!  Thank you so much for making them available to me!”

As we celebrate this milestone, your stories remind us of the vital role our library plays in the lives of those we serve. Together, we will continue to make our library a place that strengthens and supports our community.

You can share your story with us on our website at:
https://prescottlibrary.info/tell-us-your-library-story/

Email us at:
news@prescottlibrary.info or ask.librarian@prescott-az.gov
or drop it off at the library.

You are also invited to share digital scans of your personal historic photos of the library or library events. Your submission in any format will automatically give us permission to share it through any media format.

For more information, please call the Ask-aA-Librarian Desk at 928.777.1526 or visit www.prescottlibrary.info.
