Follow the steps outlined below to apply for service.
Service Fee: A one-time service fee of $25.00 + tax is charged on all new accounts and is added to your first bill.
Deposit: Single Family Residence: $200.00*
For multi-family residences, non-residential or commercial properties deposit is calculated on an individual basis to cover at least two (2) months estimated bills*.
*The deposit is not required if the customer has a letter of credit from another utility showing at least 12 months of good credit or a credit score of 700 or above. The deposit is credited to the customer’s account after one year of good payment history.

Please allow 1 business day notice for any service order request. Service requests are only available Monday through Friday and the City of Prescott is closed on most major holidays. Contact Utility Billing for holiday schedule. Time of disconnect can be any time between 6 AM and 5 PM on date indicated. A $25.00 + tax fee will apply to reinstate service.
