Public Notice of Fee Schedule Update
Notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider changes to the Citywide Fee Schedule. The following is being proposed:
The FY26 Citywide Fee Schedule, adopted by City Council on May 27, 2025 (effective July 1), introduced a new methodology that requires a different approach for setting airport hangar rates. Prescott Regional Airport is requesting an amendment to adopt a tiered square-foot rate structure in the Citywide Fee schedule instead of the monthly amounts that allows greater flexibility by tailoring monthly rents based on each hangar’s size, condition, and utility. The fee schedule changes will be discussed, and possibility adopted at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on September 9, 2025 at 3:00 pm located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 N. Montezuma Street, Prescott, AZ 86301. The new and increased fees and charges will become thirty (30) days after the adoption of these new and increased fees by the Prescott City Council.
