The project generally consists of the widening of approximately 2,540 linear feet of the existing two-lane section of Willow Creek Road to a five-lane minor arterial roadway, including a center turn lane. The improvement extends from the intersection of Willow Creek Road at Jenna Lane to the south, to the intersection at James Lane to the north.
