PSPRS – Police

Governing Committee

The Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Committee was formed in accordance with Model Uniform Rules of Local Board Procedure created pursuant to A.R.S § 38-847 (F), consisting of five members appointed by Council serving four (4) year staggered terms. The Purpose of this Committee is to govern all matters coming before a Local Board for decision, including without limitation, all matters authorized by A.R.S. § 38-847(D). The Model Uniform rules of Local Board Procedure are authorized by A.R.S § 38-847(F) and supplement all authority of the Local Board specified in that statute. The Board meets as needed.

Notice

PURSUANT to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 38-431.01 a Notice of Possible Quorum is hereby given because there may be a quorum of members from Council-appointed Boards, Commissions and Committees attending City Council Meetings and Work Sessions AND/OR there may also be a quorum of City Council members attending Council-appointed Boards, Commissions and Committees; however, no voting will take place.
