The project consists of the replacement of undersized, deteriorating water mains on Cherry Drive from Linden Rd. to Middlebrook Rd. Cherry Drive will include approximately 860 LF of new 6-inch water main, additional fire protection with drainage improvements and full roadway replacement.
The utilities portion of the design is complete. Drainage improvements and roadway design are underway and anticipate completed design in June. Anticipated posting for bid once complete with construction beginning early-FY2026.
