The City of Prescott (City) and their contractor, Sunland Asphalt & Construction, are set to begin a pavement preservation project on August 18, with completion expected in mid-October 2025. The project includes pavement maintenance and preservation operations along Prescott Lakes Parkway, between SR89 and SR69, and along SR89, between Yavpe Connector and the Willow Lake Road roundabout. Please note that both roundabouts (Willow Lake Road roundabout and along Prescott Lakes Parkway) are included in this project. Once complete, these improvements will extend pavement life and enhance road quality for Prescott motorists.
