The project consists of the removal and replacement of deteriorated asphalt. Heritage Park Road the asphalt has deteriorated to the point where it needs to be replaced. There are sections of guardrail along the roadway where the posts are old and show signs of needing replacement. There will be some sections of existing waterline that will be fixed by the City of Prescott operations; this work will be performed before the contractor begins construction.
