A Grading & Drainage permit is required for any project where cut and/or fill of dirt exceeds fifty-(50) cubic yards (CY), or clearing and grubbing of more than ten-thousand (10,000) square feet, or if the work impacts drainage on adjacent upstream and/or downstream properties. (GES 2.1.2.A.1)
