The City of Prescott is obligated through a development agreement with Deep Well Ranch to provide a 16″ water main for future development of the planned Deep Well Ranch Master Planned Community situated north of Pioneer Parkway. This project involves constructing a 16-inch ductile iron waterline starting from the southern boundary of parcel #102-05-036E (north of Pioneer Parkway) and connecting to an existing 18-inch waterline positioned just outside the pavement on the south side of Pioneer Parkway, roughly 0.43 miles west of the Willow Creek Road intersection. Installation will utilize the jack-and-bore method to minimize surface disruption.
Huit-Zollers Inc will provide engineering design services for the project.
