The Charter Review Committee was formed by Resolution No. 2026-1975 in February 2026.
This Committee shall consist of five members that will work with staff to analyze, advise and recommend amendments to the Prescott City Charter to the City Council. The Committee meets at least once per month, at 10 am on the last Wednesday of the month, but may choose to meet more frequently subject to the discretion of the Committee.
PURSUANT to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 38-431.01 a Notice of Possible Quorum is hereby given because there may be a quorum of members from Council-appointed Boards, Commissions and Committees attending City Council Meetings and Work Sessions AND/OR there may also be a quorum of City Council members attending Council-appointed Boards, Commissions and Committees; however, no voting will take place.
