If you see water flowing from a sewer manhole contact Wastewater Collections at
928-777-1630.

If you see a clogged storm drain or culvert where water is overtopping the roadway please contact: Street Maintenance Reporting

In your Home or Business:

Water emergencies in your home or business can be caused by: leaky or frozen pipes in your yard line or home, leaky appliances or faulty irrigation systems.

The property owner is responsible for the repair and maintenance of water leaks in their home or business and may need to call a plumber for water emergencies on their property.

The customer’s responsibility for water and pipes begins after the meter.

Think you have a leak?

5 Steps to Detecting a Water Leak

  1. Locate your water meter
  2. Turn off all indoor and outdoor water-using devices including the evaporative cooler, water softeners, and ice makers
  3. Record the reading on your water meter
  4. Wait 20 minutes and read the meter again
  5. If the reading is different, you have a leak!
