Notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider and possibly adopt a City Court Capital Construction Fee and a City Court Sustainability Fee at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 25, 2026, at 3:00 pm located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 N. Montezuma Street, Prescott, AZ 86301.
City Council will be considering and possibly adopting the following fees as Prescott City Code 2-7-7 and 2-7-8.
- City Court Capital Construction Fee: $25.00
- City Court Sustainability Fee: $20.00
